  • Charters spanning several days

Our services are dependent on availability and weather conditions. We hold the right to adjust or cease services at any given time.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To secure a charter, you are required to:

  • Be 18 years old or above
  • Offer true and complete details
  • Remit the necessary deposit as indicated in your booking acknowledgment
  • Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Your booking becomes official only after we receive the payment and provide written confirmation. We have the discretion to deny service to any person.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability is contingent on the vessel's schedule and favorable weather. We will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate your requested dates and timings.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Pricing is provided in € and encompasses all relevant taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices are mutable and may change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the total charter cost required at the time of booking
  • Final Payment: Payable 48 hours before the charter departs
  • Other fees (if applicable): Payable upon the charter's conclusion

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment methods, including most major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified bank drafts. Our payment processing is managed using secure, encrypted methods.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • With over 72 hours' notice before departure: Full refund less transaction costs
  • Between 24-72 hours before departure: 50% is refunded
  • Under 24 hours before departure: No refund is provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

If the captain deems the weather conditions as unsafe, we will propose to:

  • Shift your charter to another available date at no extra cost
  • Issue a complete refund if rescheduling isn't feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should mechanical issues arise with your designated vessel, we will endeavor to supply a suitable replacement. If a substitute is not available, a full refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All passengers are obliged to:

  • Obey all instructions from the crew
  • Use any provided safety gear as needed
  • Disclose any health conditions that could influence their safety
  • Stay within the areas designated on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following are not allowed on the yacht:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Banned substances
  • Weapons or firearms
  • Excessive amounts of drinks (more than moderate consumption)
  • Pets (unless given prior approval)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers must act in a considerate and respectful manner at all times. If the conduct of any passenger endangers safety or disturbs the experience for others, we retain the authority to discontinue the charter immediately without refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We are only liable up to the sum paid for your charter. We are not liable for:

  • Injuries incurred due to personal negligence
  • Theft or destruction of personal belongings
  • Indirect, incidental, or exemplary damages
  • Delays from weather or situations beyond our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We have comprehensive marine insurance for our fleet and operations. Passengers are responsible for their personal travel and belongings insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Your participation in our boat services indicates that you understand marine activities come with innate risks, and you assume responsibility for your own safety and well-being.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Amendments to itineraries, courses, or timetables may be made due to weather considerations, safety necessities, or operational needs. We will endeavor to provide similar alternative experiences.

9. Force Majeure

Delays, cancellations, or changes stemming from unforeseeable events, which are out of our control, are not our liability. This includes but isn't limited to:

  • Extreme weather
  • Natural calamities
  • Governmental edicts
  • Shut-down of ports
  • Breakdowns of machinery
