What does a typical yacht charter include?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. Included items vary based on the package — for instance, sunset voyages come with select beverages and light snacks, while business charters provide meeting amenities and tailored corporate catering.
When should I make a reservation?
To secure a spot, we suggest reserving at least 2–3 weeks beforehand, more so during high season (May–September). For business gatherings and private functions, reserving 4–6 weeks prior can ensure broader availability and gives us time to personalize the experience.
What is the protocol if the weather is unfavorable?
Our foremost concern is safety. In the event that our captain decides the weather is unsafe, we will propose an alternate date or issue a complete refund. We keep a close eye on the forecast and will reach out to you if troublesome conditions are expected 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you may bring your own provisions. We also have exceptional catering services with customizable menu options. For safety reasons, we prohibit any glass containers on the yacht.
Do you have yachts that are suited for individuals with mobility constraints?
Accommodating all guests is important to us. Several of our vessels are better equipped for those with mobility challenges. Please let us know your requirements when booking so that we can suggest the best yacht for you and arrange necessary adaptations.
Could you explain your cancellation terms?
Canceling more than 72 hours before the trip will result in a full refund. Cancelations made between 24–72 hours ahead of the journey will be refunded at 50%. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, except in circumstances of dangerous weather or mechanical issues on our end.
